Programming Changes and Support Policy
Programming and 24 hour support are included in the monthly costs of hosted systems.
Remote programming is included during normal business hours with a 24 hour lead time. Emergency programming changes (less than 24 hours notice) will be billed at current rates. Remote repair service is included 24/7. On-site repair service will be billable at current rates unless the issue is with All-Mode Owned equipment or services.
