Programming Changes and Support Policy
Programming and support are included in the monthly costs of hosted systems. Remote programming is included during normal business hours with a 24 hour lead time. Emergency programming changes will be billed at current rates. Remote repair service is included 24/7. On-site repair service will be billable at current rates.
