In the top right of your portal is an “Apps” dropdown. What apps show up there depends on how your system is programmed, but if it is enabled you can select from there to open the attendant console.
The web attendant console is a no-install web interface that allows you to monitor the phone system users status, manage calls through your primary phone, and drag and drop call transfers.
The attendant console is broken up into three areas. To the far left are your call parks where you can see who is holding in a parking lot. In the center is your busy lamp field where you can see if your staff is on a call or available. And to the right is a dial pad and stack of cards for each active call you are on at the time.
